Our Wines
 We produce a range of red wines including Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and a small amount of the South African varietal, Pinotage.Vineyards are tended under the expert supervision of Kevin Watt. Mark Lindhorst makes the wine with guidance from consultant, Philip Constandius who joined the team in 2009. Prior to that, wines bore the style introduced by Catherine Marshall who created our maiden 2002 vintage and guided us until Philip joined the team. Grapes are hand-picked and yields are deliberately low to ensure quality. After careful assessments to establish the exact ripeness required from the grapes, they are harvested in the cool early hours of the morning. Internal grape temperature can be dropped further or maintained in refrigerated storage facilities. This allows minimal use of sulphur. |
